Butterfly at Willowmere Park, Sept 20th

Been seeing a few of these at home lately. The camera produced something a bit too yellow — I think the true color was a bit more brownish.

We’ve been calling these bluets, common both at Harwill and Export from early April this year. But is that the right name? These were in Dad’s corn field.
